Thank you for raising this issue. My son is first officer in the merchant navy, thankfully he works on ships based in the Caribbean. Its appaling how the seafarers in the gulf have been forgotten.
Yes - there was so little coverage of the attack on the tugboat! I think if 4 lives had been lost and three critically injured on a beach in Dubai, we would have heard a lot more - yet the seafarers are civilians, they have nothing to do with the conflict.
